Vicks Vaporizer plus Kaz

I’m feeling very congested today and realized that it had been a long time since I hauled out the vaporizer. Since the temperature’s dropping (along with the humidity), it seemed like it was time to add some moisture to the air and ease my breathing difficulties.

I’ve had this Vicks Vaporizer for three years now and typically bring it out in late October or early November and run it a few times a week. I add Kaz menthol to it and find that it’s extremely effective in helping me breath easily.

I do wish it didn’t have the night light feature (which it calls a safety feature), but find that running it during the day instead of at night means the light doesn’t have a chance to keep me awake. (If I didn’t like the room completely dark, the nightlight wouldn’t be an issue–it’s not at all bright–and the sound of the vaporizer makes a lovely white noise for sleeping.)
