Let’s talk about allergic asthma!

I’m so excited about this–I’ve found a way that we can all have a big conference call together, so I’m going to schedule a 20 minute call where I can tell you my five favorite ways to relieve my allergic asthma symptoms. I figure 20 minutes means we’ll be able to do it on our lunch break so that my boss won’t get mad, plus that’ll give me enough time to give you just five techniques which, I think, will keep things from being overwhelming.

The call isn’t scheduled yet, I just discovered the technology to make it happen, but I’ll post here as soon as it is. What this means is that if you use an RSS reader, make sure to subscribe to this site’s feed so you don’t miss the call on allergic asthma symptom relief. If you don’t use an RSS reader, check back here every day until I announce the call–I promise, it’ll be in just a few days that I’ll have the announcement ready for you.

When I set up the call, I’ll have a way for you to submit your questions, but you can also leave any questions you have about allergic asthma symptoms and treatment in comments on this post. That way, we can cover any questions you might have about allergic asthma relief.

The call will be completely free, but you will need to pay your own long distance charges. Maybe someday when I’m famous I’ll get a toll free conference line, but not today ;-).

What can you do in the meantime to make sure that the allergic asthma symptom relief call is as helpful for you as possible? Tell your friends!! The more people we have on the line, and the more questions I get, the more help we’ll all get with our allergic asthma symptoms. I know learning from each other about what helps alleviate symptoms is the best way for each of us to breath better and heal our breathing difficulties. So, please keep checking back and I promise I’ll let you know when to call in just as soon as my call on allergic asthma symptom relief has been scheduled!

Hiya! I'm Jess. I was diagnosed with allergy-induced asthma about two years ago.

Since then, I've found that my asthma symptoms are a great barometer of just how well I'm taking care of myself. On days when I practice self care, I breathe easier than on days when I don't.

Now that I've gotten a handle on my own symptoms I wanted to create a place where I could share what's worked for me and hear from *you* on what helps to treat your allergic asthma symptoms. Welcome to my site. I'm looking forward to getting to know you.
